
VILLAGES OF GRANADA
The province of Granada is a Spanish province belonging to the autonomous community of Andalusia.
Located in the southeast peninsula, along the Mediterranean Sea, in the range Penibética.
Its area is 12,635 km ², its population is 907,428 inhabitants.
The city can access by road, train or plane: National Airport Federico García Lorca Granada, is located 15 km from the city railway station and bus station is located very centrally located and the motorway A-92, connects the city with Almería and Seville, and the A-44, connects to the A-4 at Bailen.
The Alpujarra is located in eastern Andalusia, between the provinces of Almeria and Granada. It occupies an approximate area of 2,600 km2. Is a natural region, bounded on the north by Sierra Nevada, with the highest peak on the Iberian peninsula, Mulhacén (3,481 m ), and south to the Mediterranean Sea. Consists of the following municipalities: Alpujarra Granadina, Almegíjar, Alpujarra de la Sierra, Bérchules, Bubión, Busquístar, Cádiar, Cáñar, Capileira, Carataunas, Cástaras, Juviles, La Tahá, Lanjarón, Lobras, Murtas, Nevada, Mairena, Picena, Órgiva, Pampaneira, Pórtugos, Soportújar, Torvizcón, Trevélez, Turón, Ugíjar y Válor.
The Costa Tropical is a county located in the southern province of Granada, in Andalusia (Spain). Consists of the following municipalities: Albondón, Albuñol, Almuñécar, Los Guájares, Gualchos, Ítrabo, Jete, Lentegí, Lújar, Molvízar, Motril, Murtas, Otívar, Polopos Rubite, Salobreña, Sorvilán, Turón y Vélez de Benaudalla.
Motril is the largest population of the province after Granada. Its monuments include the main church of the Incarnation and the Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Head. The Costa Tropical offers many possibilities such as golf, paragliding, hiking and scuba diving.
